On-Line Registration & Payment Options

All the clinics and camps now have on-line registration forms and payment option.  It is requested that you use the on-line registration form for entering clinics and camp.  You are NOT required to pay on-line but if you choose to, you will be responsible for the $7 transaction fee.  If you mail in your payment; it must be received within 7 days to hold your spot in the clinic.

Scroll down to find the clinic (the earliest clinic will be further down) that you are interested in and fill out that registration form.  The Lucinda Green clinic and the Event Camp are filling up, so get your registration form in soon. Please note, that the camp deposit is all that is required before March 1st to get the 'early bird'  rate.
